A: Unfortunately, you may have an older mobile device that is not compatible with the LOTC Instant Games application.

A: Yes. Signing up for the Player’s Club does not automatically register you for the LOTC Instant Games application. Player’s need to register for both the Player’s Club, and the LOTC Instant Games application.

A: Once you have registered as a Lake of the Torches Player’s Club member, and have registered in the LOTC Instant Games application, you’ll need to visit either Guest Services or Club Advantage to verify your Player’s Club account. You can access your verification code in your account page within the LOTC Instant Games application. This verification code will be scanned at Guest Services or Club Advantage to verify your account. This registration process is only required one time.

A: Now you can review the games library within the LOTC Instant Games application, select which games you would like to play, and add them to your shopping cart. Once you’re ready to purchase the games you’ve selected, you’ll need to visit one of the many point of sale locations at the casino to complete the purchase process.

A: You must visit a point of sale location at the casino and pay with cash to complete the purchase process. No purchases or prize redemptions can be performed inside the application. No purchases can be performed with credit / debit cards.

A: Player’s must return to the casino property and visit a point of sale location at the casino to redeem their winnings.

A: Only the Player’s Club member who registered on the device for the LOTC Instant Games application can purchase games or redeem winnings using that LOTC Instant Games account.

A: The LOTC Instant Games application currently provides multiple play styles, such as a match game, a slots style game, and bingo. All games are technically bingo games (i.e. Class II).

A: There is no limit to the amount of games or prizes, however purchases and redemptions may be subjected to federal reporting requirements.
